Will I never be happy? Pretty sure I’m gonna die single. Cool. I find the right person at the wrong time, because at that wrong time, I’m with the wrong person. I hate this. I hate this so much. This just can’t work. Love is near impossible to find. It’s not fate. Because if it were fate, I’d know something already. I see You on the dance floor. You’re so adorable just standing there with your baby blue tie. Your eyes an even more entrancing blue. Your face just magnetizes me closer. But since it’s such bad timing, I can’t get too close. There year is up. You’ll be gone forever. I’ve missed my chance at something beautiful. You are so wonderful. Everything I want to be. You’re perfect. And yet, here I am. Wrong time, wrong guy, wrong night. And yet, laid out before me is the perfect night to snatch my perfect guy out of the crowd. I’m such an idiot. I’m one of those people who loses my chance forever.
